Representatives from the Mediterranean College of Sport (MCS) based in Malta, attended a one-day event organised at Swansea University with whom the Maltese college signed a partnership agreement. 

A number of UK sport and educational institutions and organisations were represented at this even including Disability Sport Wales, Wales Rugby, Public Health Wales, Durham University, Millfield, Football Association of Wales, Sport Wales, Swim Wales and the English Institute of Sport.

Through the collaboration signed between the Mediterranean College of Sport and Swansea University the two entities have agreed to collaborate on many different levels such as exchanges, conferences, research, sport science and physical activity promotion.

During her visit Dr Sant (MCS) was accompanied by Mr Christian Vassallo, who is a Sport Science consultant to MCS but also a lecturer at Swansea University.
