Wales Week Malta
Wales Week Malta is part of Wales Week Worldwide, the largest annual programme of events promoting and celebrating Wales.
Wales Week Malta takes place during the period around 1st March each year, the time of St David’s Day, Wales’ national day.
Run by the The Wales Malta Initiative, the Wales Week Malta activities and events aim to bring together Welsh and Maltese-based audiences to help commemorate Wales’ national day, celebrate Welsh heritage and culture, and to promote a modern Wales.
Typically these activities are themed around business, industry, life sciences and tech, culture, sport, food and drink, and entertainment.

An informal opportunity for the Maltese community in Wales to come together once again and celebrate their close connection with Wales and each other.

To commemorate Wales’ national day, a special networking reception celebrating Wales and Maltese connections, kindly hosted by the British High Commissioner in Malta.

The event will bring together academia from multiple Welsh universities, public sector bodies from Wales & Malta and industry representatives with a special focus on life sciences, IoT and energy sectors.
